This product is made from special organic thickeners, high-quality synthetic oil as the base oil, and multiple additives through a special process. The product quality complies with the Q/AHY213-2013 standard.

Application Scope

It is mainly used for lubricating various bearings that operate at high temperatures for a long time, such as those in metallurgy, cement, glass, textile, and corrugated machine high-temperature bearings.

Performance Characteristics

It has excellent high-temperature resistance and can operate for a long time in high-temperature environments without softening or dripping oil. It has a long service life, especlally in high-temperature environments, and can reach 360°C for a short period of time.Excellent oxidation stability and colloid stability, extending the oil change cycle.It does not form coke, and the bearings are less likely to get stuck at high temperatures, and the pipelines are less likely to be clogged.
It has excellent anti-rust performance and can prevent rusting of lubricated parts.

Note

Select the appropriate grade of grease according to the equipment oil usage regulations. Storage containers must be dedicated. During storage and transportation, they must be waterproof to prevent mechanical impurities from mixing in and foreign matter from contaminating. Greases of different types must not be mixed.
